Want to be fit??...Know urself

"When we say...i want to be fit".what do we mean by that.
Everyone will have lot of different views about fitness routines. It may mean
1)having a great physic with big Muscles mass like Sly Stallone or Arnold Schwarzenegger or
2)having a lean muscles mass with flexible body/functional body.
3)just stay healthy,free from disease.
4) Having six pack abs(Latest FAD).


Before you start any fitness regime you should understand your body requirements. Proper food plays important role in any fitness program. All of us have different body requirements. The reason i am saying this is, for someone eating rice may lead to obesity but this may not be true w.r.t other person.
Our body is tuned to the food which we are taught to
eat. So, if somebody says to you "Stop eating rice to lose weight", may not be a great idea. But yes there should be control in consumption.
To summarize, there should be a control in the quantity of food intake.
Eliminating a particular food source won't be a good idea.
